Your Instagram audience is full of dreamers looking for beauty to break up the daily monotony. Typically millennials, primarily feminine in gender. While Instagram is actually owned by Meta, you’ll find that you need a very different marketing approach here.

Typically you’ll find more volume from 10am to 2pm Monday through Friday. And with the new feed incorporating more paid posts than ever before, you’ll need to work harder to wow your audience. Or consider boosting your best content.

Best Times to Post on TikTok

Don’t worry, you don’t have to be a good dancer to use TikTok in your Social Media Strategy. On average, TikTok caters to Gen Z, but that statistic is becoming more and more saturated and multiple generations flock to the platform for it’s potential to get lots of traffic fast, based mostly on the content itself. It’s our first shot of Organic content that is high quality beating out content that just follows an algorithm.

Currently, best times to post content on TikTok are 4 p.m. on Tuesday, 8 a.m. on Friday, and 2 p.m. on Sunday, but your content should be powerful, relatable and unique or you’ll get stuck in the 200 views or less box.

Does Timing Really Matter with Social Posts?

Disclaimer: You can literally do whatever you want. Random internet virality does still happen, and with more and more platforms trying to stray away from follower based algorithms your content can carry a lot more weight.

The reason this is important all comes down to the amount of time YOU have to experiment while you run all the other aspects of your business. Attention and time hold more value than the dollar ever will. Be strategic, and if you would like this taken off your plate so you can focus your energy on what you love to do, let’s have a chat.
